• Application Form
• 3 pieces of passport-size picture
• Photocopy of the birth certificate/passport for foreigners
• School fees

• Additional Requirements for Primary/Elementary:
• Assessment of: Reading Comprehension, Reading and Writing Skills, and Mathematical Skills
• Report Card/Assessment from Previous School, if any
