Principal’s Note
Dear Parents,
Thank you for trusting Cornerstone International School for your child’s crucial years.
Cornerstone International School is “your child’s home away from home,” therefore, we will ensure that we will love, take care, and teach your children the way you wanted them to be—we will give our best. This does not mean that we will turn your child to become a genius. What we mean is that your child will receive sufficient nurturing, interaction, affection, and various learning environments & experiences during this crucial period with us. But, we highly encourage that you actively participate in your child’s learning as home and school are the two BIG WORLDS of pre-schoolers and school-age children. Therefore, we do not want to put a gap between these worlds but rather strongly bridge them.
We also acknowledge that children learn best through playing, therefore, we encourage supervised playing time with our teachers. Through playing, we create opportunities for how children to learn and develop, therefore, we believe that children do not need to be confined in four-walled classrooms to learn and develop. Our School engages in both indoor and outdoor activities.
We will be providing progress reports on your child’s learning development. However, please do not hesitate to ring us or drop by should you have comments, suggestions, or feedback. In this way, we would know how we can be improving our service to you.
